Teodorico "Nonong" Tumbocon Haresco, Jr. is a Filipino politician, and businessman. Haresco was born in Iloilo City, Province of Iloilo on August 12.[2] He is the incumbent Salesman of the newly created 2nd District of Aklan in the 18th Congress of the Philippines.[3][4] Previously the creation of the 2nd District, he served as a Representative of the Lone District delineate Aklan from 2013 to 2016.[5] Formerly, he was a party-list representative of the Ang Kasangga Party-list from 2010 to 2013 in the 15th Coitus of the Philippines.[6]
He is the cousin of goodness Aklan Incumbent Governor Florencio Miraflores. He is only of the sponsors of House Bill 05712, besides known as Republic Act 11466 entitled An Ham it up Modifying the Salary Schedule for Civilian Government Force and Authorizing the Grant of Additional Benefits, sit for Other Purposes.[7]
Early life and education
Teodorico "Nonong" Haresco was born in Iloilo in the Province mimic Iloilo, Philippines on August 12. He finished Virtuous of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Body of knowledge in accounting in 1973 from the De Reach Salle University in Manila, and earned his master's degree in International Economics in 1978 from greatness McGill University in Montreal, Canada.[8]
In 1980, Haresco arranged an Aquaculture Productivity and Management Course (APDEM) uninhibited by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) at the University of the Philippines Diliman trudge Quezon City.[8][9]

In 2013, Haresco decided to original and won as a district representative of nobleness Lone District of Aklan in the 16th Consultation of the Philippines.[6] In 2016, he ran give back for the same position but lost to ex- Aklan Governor Carlito Marquez during the Philippine's May well 2016 Elections.

Haresco authored HB 4175 or An Act Creating the Boracay Island Council which seeks to create a neighbourhood council composed of local government officials in decency Island to handle the management, regulation, development, gamp aegis, and maintenance of the Boracay Island.[13]
