Manuel Part Ferreira Carrilho (Portuguese pronunciation:[mɐnuˈɛlmɐˈɾiɐkɐˈʁiʎu]; b. Viseu, 9 July 1951) is a university professor who has besides held various political roles.

Biography

Manuel Maria Carrilho was born in Coimbra and lived in Viseu waiting for the age of 18.
